Yves Mongeau is Senior Vice President, Real Estate at Réseau Sélection, as well as a company shareholder and member of the founding team. He believes that, in order to be successful, Réseau Sélection must meet and exceed the industry’s highest quality and safety standards. Mr. Mongeau is also the President of Conception Habitat 2000 Inc., Réseau Sélection’s dedicated construction company
Richard Nadeau is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Réseau Sélection. He has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, with his past positions including Vice President, Corporate Finance – Eastern Canada at BMO, Senior Vice President at TMX Group, and more recently Executive Vice President and General Manager at Desjardins Capital Markets. He also sits on various boards of charitable organizations.
An architect by training, Gaëtan Cormier is recognized as a developer and a senior level manager. With nearly 30 years of experience, he has worked for Intrawest and the architectural firm Lemay. During his career, he has demonstrated his great talent in the achievement of numerous residential and commercial projects, in urban and resort areas. At Réseau Sélection, he is one of the architects of the five-year plan (2015-2020) valued at $2B in Quebec alone. Also responsible for development outside Quebec, he explores the globe in search of the great opportunities for the group and its clientele.
Mr. Carignan brings considerable development, communications, administration, management and legal affairs experience to his role as Senior Vice President and Head of Corporate Affairs.
Claude has a law degree from Université de Sherbrooke, a post-graduate degree in administrative law from Université de Montréal and has been a member of the Barreau du Québec since 1988. He has more than 30 years' experience in litigation, labour relations, and health and social services law, which he has drawn on to help a range of private sector clients. He has also been a lecturer at Université de Montréal’s faculty of law and UQAM’s faculty of administration.
Claude is highly active in the community and has taken on numerous high-level mandates. These include the mayoralty of Saint-Eustache, where he sat on several councils and commissions. In his role in the Senate of Canada Claude progressed through the ranks to eventually become government leader, which brought him into the Privy Council of Canada.
Through his multi-disciplinary approach in understanding issues and his past-experience, notably in the political realm, Claude is the organization’s key player to mobilize, protect and broaden its reach. The values he incarnates and which he leveraged in his community and political action, are in fact closely linked with Réseau Sélection’s mission.
As Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Philippe Duval relies on his extensive management experience to oversee Groupe Sélection’s operations in Quebec. In addition, he is responsible for several key departments for internal operations and business development, including health and centers of excellence, sales and marketing, IT services, and business intelligence.
During his more than 30 years in business, Philippe has consistently stood out in Québec and internationally. In the past decade alone he led Groupe Uniprix, Société des célébrations du 375eanniversaire de Montréal and Société des alcools du Québec. He also took on a series of management roles at renowned organizations such as Molson Breweries, Aéroports de Montréal, Danone and Société de développement de la Baie-James.
Philippe holds bachelor’s degree in industrial relations from the Université de Montréal and the title of “fellow,” the highest honor awarded by the OCHRA. He was also awarded an honorary diploma from the Université de Montréal’s faculty of Arts and Sciences, which recognizes exemplary successes of graduates that contributed to the advancement of society. He is also an Administrateur de société certifié(Certified Corporate Director) of the Université Laval.
