INGREDIENTS

1 cup (250 ml) almond (or soy) beverage

1⁄2 cup (125 ml) strawberries, fresh or frozen

1⁄2 cup (125 ml) blueberries, fresh or frozen

2 tsp (10 ml) maple syrup

cup (80 ml) plain yogurt

1 tbsp (15 ml) wheat germ

1 tbsp (15 ml) hemp seeds
Pour all ingredients into electric blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
