INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup (250 ml) almond (or soy) beverage

  • 1⁄2 cup (125 ml) strawberries, fresh or frozen

  • 1⁄2 cup (125 ml) blueberries, fresh or frozen

  • 2 tsp (10 ml) maple syrup

  • cup (80 ml) plain yogurt

  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) wheat germ

  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) hemp seeds

     

Pour all ingredients into electric blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
