The electrical division of Groupe CH, a Réseau Sélection construction company, has obtained the « Mixité en chantier 2017 » certification from the Construction Association of Quebec (ACQ) and the Corporation of Master Electricians of Québec (CMEQ).

The construction industry is evolving and so is the workforce. Today, there are 10 times more women on Quebec’s construction sites than there were 20 years ago. However, they still represent only slightly more than 1,5% of the workforce. The objective for 2018 is to reach the 3% mark.
